Job description

Role Summary

As a Listing Executive, you will be pivotal in managing the daily operations related to property listings for our Escape Parks. Your primary task will be to ensure accurate representation of our parks on various booking platforms, track operational costs, and maintain excellent guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Park Managers and internal teams will be essential to keeping operations efficient and upholding our brand standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process of new Escape Park properties, ensuring checklists are current and deadlines are respected.
  • Develop, update, and sustain compelling and precise listings including images, descriptions, amenities, and pricing.
  • Administer listings across multiple booking channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
  • Confirm that rates entered and mapped within the Property Management System (PMS) accurately synchronize with all booking platforms.
  • Detect and resolve integration issues promptly to prevent disruptions to bookings.
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify that amenities and items listed reflect the actual property conditions.
  • Work alongside Park Managers to guarantee a seamless guest experience and promote positive feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, or listing coordination.
  • Experience with PMS software such as Guesty, RMS, or Newbook is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to perform work duties remotely from home.
