About the Role

Technologia (also known as Anzo Solutions) is expanding its business development team at the Gujranwala office. We are actively looking to hire three professionals: one Lead Research Specialist and two Business Development Representatives. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.

Positions and Responsibilities

Lead Research Specialist (1 vacancy):

• Research and compile lists of potential clients tailored to the business development team's needs.
• Identify and assess prospective clients according to specified target criteria.
• Organize and update prospect data weekly, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and proficiency with online research and spreadsheet tools.

Business Development Representative (2 vacancies):

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients to initiate and nurture relationships.
• Establish rapport with prospects and guide interested leads toward scheduled sales discussions.
• Monitor and document outreach activities and their outcomes.
• Applicants do not require prior experience but must possess strong written English skills and be self-driven.
