Job Overview
The Line Operator at Valence in Eastman, GA is responsible for managing the processing of parts in tanks strictly following specifications, work orders, and relevant requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process parts within tanks based on defined specifications and work orders.
- Calculate the necessary duration for parts processing accurately.
- Remove parts from tanks after the allocated time, rinse them, and immerse in baths prior to final processing.
- Complete all required paperwork adhering to company and processing standards.
- Supervise and support line assistants to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and record all preventative maintenance activities on the processing line.
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste materials in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
