Job description
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Line Operators for a prominent manufacturing company specializing in nonwoven and textile products, located in Saudi Arabia. This position requires candidates to have a background in the nonwoven industry and to efficiently manage production line operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines in the nonwoven/textile manufacturing process.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with operational standards.
- Effectively manage time and multitask to meet production targets within scheduled hours.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and maintain workplace safety.
Requirements
- Completed 10th-grade education.
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience specifically within the nonwoven industry.
- Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and physical stamina suited for manufacturing tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and adequate hand-eye coordination.
- Exemplify teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and capacity for quick learning.
- Obedience to instructions and a customer service-oriented mindset.

- Salary is competitive and negotiable, paid in Saudi Riyal on an annual basis.

- Overtime is compensated at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate for any work beyond the standard 8-hour day.
