Key Responsibilities

• Follow Limousine Standard Operating Procedures in performing all driving duties.
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the hotel's core brand values and service standards.
• Arrive punctually at least 15 minutes prior to all driving assignments.
• Conduct meet and greet services with Ipad signage as required for guest arrivals and departures.
• Collaborate with outsourced vendors to receive and handover guests smoothly.
• Possess thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities to accurately address guest queries.
• Ensure guest safety during transport and maintain a comfortable and pleasant journey.
• Use the shortest and quickest routes unless guests request alternative routes.
• Operate GPS navigation systems effectively to determine routes.
• Strive to provide polished luxury service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintain replenishment of guest amenities within the vehicle, such as mineral water, wet towels, and newspapers.
• Accommodate special guest requests, including preferred vehicle temperature and music choices.
• Keep vehicles immaculate, both interior and exterior, free from odors at all times.
• Perform vehicle inspections before use and safely handle luxury vehicles and luggage vans.
• Comply with all company policies, compliance rules, and procedures related to limousine services.
• Be knowledgeable about Limousine Integrated System and Queue System Procedures.
• Assist with guests' luggage handling and transportation in designated storage areas within specified timeframes.
• Support cross-deployment duties such as valet driving when required.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Secondary education is preferred.
• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Possession of a Private Hire Vocational Driving License or Singapore Taxi Vocational License is advantageous.
• Defensive Driving Certificate is beneficial.
• Provide copies of the front and back of your valid Singapore Driving License.
• Submit the latest Driver Improvement Point System record.

Experience and Skills

• Prior experience in transportation operations is preferred.
• Experience in service or hospitality sectors is considered an asset.
• Previous roles as a limousine driver or similar are advantageous.

Other Requirements

• Customer service oriented with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Familiarity with Singapore's road network, hotel locations, entertainment venues, F&B outlets, residential areas, airport and ferry terminals.
• Maintain a clean driving record is preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure independently.
• Basic familiarity with technology such as iPad, Grid Phone, and GPS operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to load and unload luggage safely.
• Color vision to aid driving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and public holidays.
• Team player attitude.
