Role Summary

This full-time Light Driver position requires on-site presence in Dubai. The driver’s duties involve safely operating light vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, completing scheduled routes and deliveries punctually. Daily responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness, managing appropriate documentation, and reporting any maintenance concerns. The role also entails courteous customer interactions, collaborating with dispatch or supervisors, and assisting with loading and unloading when necessary. Punctual attendance and contribution to smooth transportation within the city are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in safe operation of light or truck vehicles.
• Relevant commercial driving background with applicable licenses such as CDL Class A or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with supervisors, dispatch teams, and customers.
• Strong customer service aptitude to maintain professional interactions during pickups and deliveries.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license for light vehicles and a clean driving record.
• Sound knowledge of Dubai’s traffic laws, routes, and local driving regulations.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and capability to perform routine checks.
• Preferably, a minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
