Your Role

As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be monitoring guest safety around the pool and beach areas. You will strictly enforce safety guidelines and promptly respond to any aquatic emergencies, ensuring guests remain protected. Additionally, you will keep your designated areas clean and orderly to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous lifeguard experience, ideally at a luxury hotel or resort
• Current lifeguard certification with up-to-date CPR and first aid knowledge
• Strong swimming skills, capable of swimming long distances if necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team player with a professional appearance
