  • Identify any financial shortfalls or opportunities by engaging clients in structured planning conversations.
  • Advise clients on available financial alternatives to enable well-informed decisions.
  • Educate clients about retirement income options, CPF implications, wealth transfer, and overall financial preparedness.
  • Establish trusted, transparent, and empathetic relationships to deliver advisory services aligned with clients' life objectives.
  • Regularly review and update financial plans to keep recommendations aligned with clients’ changing circumstances.
  • Maintain thorough records of client needs, consultations, guidance, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Insurance Specialists to ensure a common understanding of client requirements and to facilitate solution discussions.

  • Act as an internal expert on retirement and holistic financial planning topics.
  • Fulfill all necessary assessments including FNA, Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA), and Investment Risk Profiling (IRP).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, internal policies, and governance frameworks while maintaining professional ethics in all client engagements.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Between 5 to 7 years of professional background in wealth management, financial planning, retail banking, insurance advisory, or related client-facing financial roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive financial planning dialogues and need-based advisory consultations.
  • Strong understanding of retirement, investment, protection, estate and legacy planning, wealth building, and client risk profiling.
  • Hands-on experience completing Financial Needs Analyses, Customer Knowledge Assessments, and Investment Risk Profiling.
  • Required certifications include CMFAS modules M5, M6, M9, and HI. Additional credentials such as CFP, AEPP, and CPF-related certifications are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, effective stakeholder engagement, and an interpersonal style centred on a consultative, client-focused approach.
