Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, professional Massage Therapist to join our aesthetic medical center on a full-time basis in Dubai. This role requires expertise in deep tissue massage and Maderotherapy, combined with a solid understanding of therapeutic massage, body recovery, and support for post-aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage therapies customized to individual patient needs.
• Administer deep tissue massage and Maderotherapy (wood therapy) techniques.
• Offer therapeutic, relaxation, and recovery massages.
• Perform lymphatic drainage and massages addressing post-body treatments as applicable.
• Assist in body contouring, cellulite reduction, and aftercare following aesthetic procedures.
• Evaluate patient concerns and suggest appropriate treatments within professional scope.
• Provide clear explanations of treatment processes, advantages, and aftercare guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain precise and updated records of treatments and patient progress.
• Adhere strictly to clinic hygiene standards, protocols, and infection control measures.
• Prepare and maintain cleanliness of treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Foster respectful and professional interactions with patients.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare and administrative staff to support high service standards.
• Contribute to enhancing patient satisfaction and retention at the clinic.

Candidate Requirements

• Holding a valid Dubai/DHA professional license or meeting eligibility criteria.
• Documented professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Proficient in delivering deep tissue massage treatments.
• Experienced in Maderotherapy (wood therapy).
• Well-versed in therapeutic and recovery massage methods.
• Maintains a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Presents a kind, respectful, and patients-first demeanor.
• Effective communication and collaborative team skills.
• Dependable, diligent, and accountable work ethic.
• Able to function effectively in a high-paced clinical setting.
• Available to work full-time hours.

Preferred Experience

• Techniques in lymphatic drainage massage.
