About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive communication with new and current clients to explore their financial requirements and present personalized lending solutions.
• Perform detailed assessments to match clients with appropriate personal or asset finance products.
• Gather and evaluate customer documentation to preliminarily assess loan eligibility.
• Coordinate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and applications, ensuring prompt follow-ups and smooth sales process management.
• Comply strictly with company policies and industry regulations, including responsible lending principles, anti-money laundering, and know-your-customer standards.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage long-term engagement.
• Collaborate closely with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to facilitate seamless loan approval and settlement processes.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience in finance is necessary; comprehensive training on policies will be provided to build your finance career.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities, capable of establishing rapport over the phone.
• A results-oriented approach with a drive to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively handle multiple leads and loan applications concurrently.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and lending platforms is essential.
