We are currently inviting applications for the position of Leisure Centre Cleaner, a vital role to maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep, contributing directly to our hotel’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of changing rooms, showers, toilets, all public spaces, pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi areas.
• Perform inspections to ensure all equipment is fully operational and promptly report any damage or malfunctions to Supervisors or Managers.
• Comply with established hotel standards and procedures to uphold quality and safety protocols.
• Manage lost property according to hotel policies.
• Respond swiftly to general enquiries ensuring excellent guest service.
• Refer any complaints promptly to Supervisory or Management staff.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or older.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess a positive attitude, reliability, and friendliness.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
