About the Position

Legal Eagle is seeking motivated final-year law students aiming to develop their litigation skills through structured, hands-on experience. This role is designed to provide practical training and exposure to various aspects of legal practice.

Internship Details

• Position: Legal Intern
• Eligibility: Students in their final year of LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or BBA LL.B. programs
• Location: On-site in Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Duration: 6 to 12 months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (fixed)
• Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives available upon meeting specific targets

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents accurately and effectively
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case work
• Analyze case laws and judicial judgments
• Assist in maintaining legal documentation and client files
• Support court procedures and provide assistance during litigation
• Complete various assignments as delegated by senior advocates

Performance Criteria and Incentives

• Requirement to submit 30 case law summaries and 30 judgment briefs every month
• Timely and quality submissions lead to eligibility for performance incentives
