About the Role
Aslant Legal is collaborating with a US-based law firm to recruit an Associate for their Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice group. This position offers a unique chance for legal professionals aiming to advance in a sophisticated, globally respected corporate environment. Key Responsibilities and Opportunity
The selected candidate will handle a diverse array of corporate and M&A issues, working alongside clients from various sectors. Required Qualifications
- Between three and five years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in law.
- Admission to practice in Singapore (Singapore-qualified).
- Strong foundational training and experience from a reputable top-tier law firm’s M&A department.
