Overview
Surelig Assurance Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable Legal Associate to support its property verification and legal documentation efforts. The candidate will work closely with the team to review legal documents related to properties and provide legal assistance to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess property-related documents including Sale Deed and Khasra/Gata records.
- Detect legal discrepancies, errors, and potential hazards in property documents.
- Assist in conducting thorough property verifications and prepare related legal paperwork.
- Offer legal advice as needed regarding property matters.
- Compile straightforward verification reports and notes.
- Adhere to SureLig's established property verification process and checklist rigorously.
- Safeguard client confidentiality by securely handling personal and sensitive documents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess an LLB degree and current Bar Council registration.
- Have a solid understanding of property laws and real estate documentation.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in property verification is advantageous.
