Leasing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to handle the leasing and marketing activities of both residential and commercial properties across our projects. This role involves managing client relationships, attracting new tenants, and supporting project marketing through digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing of residential and commercial real estate properties within company projects.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and proactively seek new tenants.
• Engage with prospective and current customers, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Administer and regularly update the company’s social media presence.
• Assist in marketing company projects and available units utilizing digital and social media channels.

Qualifications and Skills

• Saudi nationals only.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate leasing and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
• Preferably experienced in promoting and marketing real estate properties.
