Leasing Manager - Al Qassim

Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Leasing Manager to join our Commercial team and oversee leasing operations across malls in the Qassim Region. This position emphasizes boosting occupancy rates by attracting appropriate retail brands and concepts, managing tenant relationships, and meeting leasing objectives within assigned retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and attract prospective retailers, brands, and innovative concepts to fill vacant units.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities including prospecting, tenant interaction, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Negotiate commercial terms effectively and handle Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and lease contracts.
• Collaborate in curating an optimal tenant and activity mix within the malls.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both potential and current tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics and deliver consistent progress reports along with strategic recommendations.
• Support meeting yearly leasing goals, including the number of lease agreements and Gross Leasable Area (GLA) leased.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless completion of leasing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years' experience in Mall Leasing, Retail Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate sectors.
• Deep understanding of the retail market, including knowledge of brands and leasing protocols.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, relationship management, and deal finalization.
• Competence in preparing, interpreting, and evaluating lease agreements.
• Strong communication abilities and commercial acumen.
