Leasing Consultant

Role Overview

The Address Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to join its team in Doha on a full-time, on-site basis. This position involves warmly welcoming potential tenants, guiding property tours, and outlining leasing options along with their terms to ensure clients are well informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate property viewings, pointing out important features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements accurately, maintaining thorough lease administration records as per company standards and local laws.
• Address inquiries from residents and actively support initiatives aimed at enhancing resident retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and property managers to swiftly resolve any tenant issues.
• Keep current with available units in the portfolio, market developments, and competitor activity to support occupancy and revenue objectives through effective leasing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in lease management and documentation, including preparation and review of lease agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to foster long-term relationships that contribute to positive tenant experiences and retention.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for professional engagement with residents and prospects.
• Fundamental knowledge of property management operations and real estate standards specific to Doha.
• Proficiency in office and property management software, coupled with high attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite full time, including occasional weekends or evenings, collaborating well with a culturally diverse team.
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality sectors is advantageous; relevant diplomas or certifications in business or real estate preferred.
