Job Overview
The company seeks a Leasing Specialist for their Abu Dhabi team, requiring strong familiarity with the Abu Dhabi rental market. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to build enduring partnerships with both landlords and tenants.
Key Duties
- Manage leasing transactions for both residential and commercial properties from initial inquiry until completion.
- Identify and list rental properties through diverse channels.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Respond efficiently to leasing queries and understand client property needs.
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
- Negotiate rental agreements and facilitate contracts between landlords and tenants.
- Keep property listings and client records accurate and current.
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and internal teams to promote seamless leasing processes.
- Monitor rental market trends, property valuations, and available inventory in Abu Dhabi.
- Follow up on potential clients and convert leads into finalized leases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE leasing regulations and company policies in all documentation and activities.
- Meet personal leasing targets while supporting overall team goals.
Candidate Profile
- Prior leasing experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong abilities in sales and managing client relationships.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to deliver results.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
- Able to work independently as well as within a diverse, multicultural team.
- Previous UAE real estate exposure is considered a plus.
