Lease Specialist (m/w/d)

About the Role and Company

PEPCO is a rapidly growing retailer known for offering quality products at affordable prices across Europe, currently operating over 36 stores in Germany and thousands across the continent. As a Lease Specialist in Berlin, you will join the Property and Expansion team and contribute by managing all administrative and contractual matters relating to leases.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease contracts by coordinating their drafting, review, and signing including all related annexes and documentation.
• Monitor contract compliance by tracking important deadlines, guarantees, and lease obligations.
• Maintain and organize lease documents, such as bonds, guarantees, and supplementary agreements.
• Control and oversee lease-related expenses, producing reports and analyses to support lease and expansion initiatives.
• Act as liaison coordinating information flow between Property Management, Expansion team, Finance, external legal firms, and other business partners.

Candidate Profile

• Bring multiple years of professional experience in real estate, property, or lease management.
• Possess solid knowledge of real estate markets, property administration, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and contract documents; familiarity with property-related legal issues is advantageous.
• Demonstrate structured, precise, and analytical working style along with excellent organizational skills and a high sense of personal responsibility.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate in an international environment.
