The Learning Manager will oversee the smooth and effective functioning of the Human Resources Department within the Human Resources Division. This role demands ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to corporate expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- At least two years of professional experience serving as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager within a large organization.
- Strong skills in presentation, administration, and interpersonal communication are essential.
