Job description
Role Overview
We seek a Learning & Development Representative responsible for assisting in the management and execution of talent growth and educational initiatives within the organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule training activities, including participant nominations and logistical arrangements.
- Ensure Learning Management System data and training documentation are accurately maintained.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external training providers to streamline program delivery.
- Handle communication related to training sessions, monitor attendance, and maintain requisite records.
- Assist in assessing training programs and tracking their impact on organizational development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Possess between two and five years' experience in areas such as Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Management.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferable.
- Strong abilities in communication and interpersonal relations.
- Highly organized with excellent coordination capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders.
