About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Program Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Sanmina-SCI Technology India Private Limited, based in Fermoy, County Cork, Ireland. This role reports to the Lead HR Business Partner and is designed as an individual contributor position focused on supporting and improving the site's training functions and employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete training lifecycle, ensuring all training activities are properly delivered, recorded, and effective.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records within the Learning Management System (LMS) and physical files, ensuring compliance with quality and audit standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee inductions, making sure all required site training is completed.
  • Perform daily data entry related to training activities, maintaining current skills matrices for all departments ready for audits.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, track invoices and scheduled programs, and guarantee compliance with organizational policies.
  • Administer funding processes, including application and compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
  • Support both internal and external audits relating to Learning & Development functions.
  • Manage the Further Education Assistance program by facilitating applications, approvals, and reimbursements to encourage staff upskilling.
  • Deliver classroom training sessions for new hires and current employees using standard instructional design practices.
  • Analyze weekly training reports to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and address non-compliance, producing actionable insights to enhance L&D efforts.
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects within the L&D framework, exploring new training technologies and delivery methods.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality regulations and health & safety legislation applicable to the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a QQI Level 7 qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable training or L&D coordination role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities combined with an analytical approach.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Structured problem-solving capabilities to effectively identify and address issues.
  • Proficient in data management and analytics to monitor L&D metrics and generate useful reports.
  • Experienced in managing financial assistance programs with attention to compliance.
  • Skilled in vendor management to oversee performance and adhere to company standards.
