Learning & Development Officer

About the Role

As the Learning & Development Officer at Udyogwardhini, your primary duty will be to create and improve programs centered on entrepreneurship and skill enhancement. This involves crafting industry-relevant curricula, standardizing educational materials, and designing interactive training tools that empower budding entrepreneurs and business owners with applicable knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new courses focusing on entrepreneurship, business, and skill development aligned with current market and industry requirements.
• Establish standardized curricula including syllabus, learning outcomes, and assessment frameworks across various programs.
• Develop detailed daily training agendas, presentations, facilitator manuals, participant guides, worksheets, and comprehensive learning toolkits.
• Incorporate engaging teaching techniques such as storytelling, foundational thinking, case studies, and experiential methods.
• Create diverse audio-visual and digital learning content including videos, templates, and presentations.
• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for trainers, mentors, and subject experts to maintain consistent program delivery standards.
• Partner with industry professionals and organizations to integrate practical learning experiences, guest lectures, and exposure opportunities.
• Regularly update and refine course materials based on participant feedback, evolving industry trends, and program effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with Operations and Business Consulting teams to enhance participant learning journeys.

Requirements and Experience

• Proficiency in instructional design and development of curricula.
• Understanding of adult education principles and diverse training techniques.
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship and MSME ecosystem dynamics.
• Knowledge of startup and business operational fundamentals.
• Competence in managing learning content and ensuring standardization.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Strong skills in business communication and presentation development.
• Ability to conduct thorough industry research and monitor market trends.
