Learning & Development Manager

Role Overview

Harmony Chemical Co. is looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will strategically create and implement learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, boosting engagement, and improving overall organizational performance in our Abu Dhabi Emirate office.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will evaluate learning requirements, develop and manage training programs and content, organize workshops and developmental sessions, assess training outcomes, and collaborate closely with leadership to nurture talent growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Deep knowledge of L&D concepts, instructional design, talent management, and engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, digital platforms, and training technologies is beneficial.
• Proficiency in conducting needs analyses, designing training modules, facilitating sessions, and measuring effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Capable of aligning training solutions with business goals effectively.
• Innovative, proactive, collaborative, and dedicated to ongoing personal and organizational development.
