Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to become part of our People and Performance team, based full-time at our Tauranga Head Office. Our People & Performance team is dedicated to delivering an Exceptional People Experience, fostering a culture grounded in meaningful contributions, learning growth, and a strong sense of community.

The successful candidate will assess development needs across the organization, craft and execute impactful training programs, and support improvements in employee performance and productivity. Collaboration is key in this hands-on role, working closely with team members and leadership while demonstrating a commitment to continuous development.

About You

• You hold a tertiary qualification or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• You possess experience in implementing integrated, on-the-job training for adult learners, ideally within finance or analogous sectors.
• You have familiarity or experience in the financial services industry or similarly regulated environments (preferred).
• You understand key roles within Private Wealth and competency measures that support these positions.
• You demonstrate strong computer literacy and can grasp complex IT systems.
• You have foundational knowledge in translating business processes and competency requirements into educational outcomes.
• Your skills include an intermediate level of designing training solutions and an understanding of learning and development methodologies and principles.
