Role Overview

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist passionate about fostering growth through dynamic and engaging learning environments. This role involves designing and delivering training solutions tailored for our Leisure teams, covering everything from onboarding newcomers to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programs that keep teams up-to-date with new products, systems, and sales practices.
• Deliver interactive training sessions in both face-to-face and virtual formats.
• Work closely with global and local colleagues to ensure training aligns with best practices and forthcoming updates.
• Regularly update and maintain learning materials on platforms such as LMS, SharePoint, and Workvivo to ensure ongoing accessibility and engagement.
• Foster strong partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training effectiveness and desired outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing the complete learning cycle, from needs analysis through to evaluation.
• Skilled communicator and facilitator adept at creating enjoyable and impactful learning experiences.
• Enjoys working collaboratively across diverse, cross-regional teams.
• Comfortable with digital learning tools and delivering training virtually.
• Attention to detail with an ability to create clear, engaging, and effective content.
• Motivated to support others’ growth and transform challenges into learning moments.
• Shares a passion for travel and its possibilities.
