Job description
Job Overview
The Learning and Development Executive collaborates with various internal departments to identify training requirements, coordinate educational initiatives, maintain training documentation, and assess the impact of professional development programs. This position plays an essential role in advancing a workplace culture focused on ongoing learning and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Determine employee training needs by collecting assessments and feedback.
- Contribute to the formulation and upkeep of annual training strategies.
- Act as a liaison with external training vendors, consultants, and internal facilitators.
- Ensure accurate handling and updating of training records and databases.
- Monitor attendance, completion statistics, and evaluation metrics of training activities.
- Compile and present reports analyzing learning and development outcomes.
- Assist with the administration and enhancement of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Review training program efficacy and propose improvements for future initiatives.
- Encourage and support a continuous learning environment throughout the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
- Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in L&D, training, or HR roles.
- Demonstrate strong skills in organization and coordination of various tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Skilled in data analysis and capable of preparing detailed training reports.
- Possess keen attention to detail alongside effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English language.
