About the Role

Pet Doctors Hillcrest in Hamilton is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to assume a leadership role while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established small animal clinic within the VetPartners group.

Key Features

• Leadership position at a reputable small animal veterinary clinic.
• Flexible full-time schedule offering either 4 or 5 day work weeks.
• Weekend commitment limited to one Saturday every seven weeks at a nearby clinic.
• No responsibility for after-hours or on-call duties.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, mentor veterinary colleagues, foster a positive team environment, and collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to uphold clinic performance and patient care standards. Clinical duties will include consultations, surgeries, and dentistry.
