Role Overview

This full-time position based in Dubai requires a Lead Trainer to develop and deliver detailed training programs in Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities include curriculum design, conducting workshops, overseeing practical learning, assessing learner progress, mentoring participants, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align training with industry standards. Keeping abreast of AI advancements is essential to improving course content continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct immersive AI training through classroom, online, and blended formats.
• Lead hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and project-centered learning activities.
• Clarify advanced AI topics in accessible and practical ways.
• Prepare participants for AI industry certification and career roles.
• Use assessments and projects to measure learner progress.
• Create and revise AI curriculum based on current industry trends.
• Develop lab exercises, case studies, and assessments for various learner levels.
• Provide technical mentorship for AI application development and portfolio building.
• Offer career guidance and technical consultation to learners.
• Research the latest developments in AI and incorporate new frameworks and platforms into training.
• Contribute to AI-focused events like webinars and corporate workshops.

Required Technical Expertise

• Generative AI and Large Language Models including ChatGPT (GPT-4/GPT-5), OpenAI API, GPT Engine Development, and Prompt Engineering.
• AI Platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Google AI Studio, Vertex AI, AWS AI Services, and Firebase AI.
• No-Code/Low-Code AI tools like Lovable, Base44, Replit AI, Bolt.new, V0 by Vercel, Cursor AI, Windsurf, and Claude Artifacts.
• AI coding tools including OpenAI Codex, Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, Mistral AI, and Cursor IDE.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation methods, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and frameworks like LangChain and Pinecone.
• Agentic AI engineering involving AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Machine Learning and Data Science technologies including Python, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, NLP, and computer vision.
• API and application development skills – FastAPI, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, cloud deployment, Docker, and CI/CD basics.
• Data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and data visualization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related domain.
• Professional certifications in AI, cloud computing, machine learning, or data science are advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI projects or training programs conducted.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Competence in classroom facilitation and learner engagement.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and mentorship skills.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adoption of innovative AI technologies.
