The role strictly adheres to the regulatory standards of Qatar Airways, QCAA, FAR, EASA, IATA, OEM requirements, and other relevant governmental bodies.

Key Duties

  • Manage shipment clearance processes including inspection upon receipt, documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) or Supplier Discrepancy Reports (SDR), and update inventory systems accordingly.
  • Oversee dispatch of spares and tools for repair and external station requirements, ensuring shipments of dangerous goods are in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Handle disposal actions per TPM protocols for scrapped items.
  • Meet quality standards, financial policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements by maintaining stock accuracy and data integrity.
  • Facilitate smooth communications to support maintenance and avoid aircraft on ground (AOG) scenarios by handling materials with utmost care to prevent damage.
