Role Overview

They are seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to expand their Civil Structural Architecture (CSA) division.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university is mandatory.
• At least ten years of pertinent experience in civil and structural engineering is required.
• Possession of a valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification endorsed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) is essential.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations, including the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Royal Commission standards, is necessary.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, UBC, PIP, along with client-specific specifications, is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design for both concrete and steel frameworks, encompassing foundation design aspects.
• Apply practical expertise in modular construction, transportation logistics analysis, and lifting mechanisms.
• Utilize structural modeling and analysis software, including STAAD.Pro, RISA3D, and SAP2000, to develop accurate designs.
• Perform connection design evaluations, review vendor documentation, and collaborate in interdisciplinary reviews within engineering squads.
• Lead engineering teams with technical oversight and managerial duties across multidisciplinary groups.
