Lead Software Engineer - React Native Consultant

Role Overview

We seek an accomplished React Native Consultant to drive the development of new applications and upgrade existing ones, emphasizing modern architecture, peak performance, robust security, and superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance large-scale mobile applications with a focus on React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable React Native components and application structures.
• Implement state management, navigation, and optimize app performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, SDKs, authentication and security protocols, and native mobile modules efficiently.
• Lead and enforce development standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and provide hands-on troubleshooting for advanced issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, backend developers, security analysts, architects, and QA experts.
• Guide and mentor development teams to promote best practices and maintain code quality from development through deployment to App Store and Google Playstore.

Prerequisites

• Strong practical experience in React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript programming, and native iOS & Android development.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-level mobile applications, ideally within the banking or fintech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of React/Native architecture paradigms, reusable component libraries, and advanced state & navigation management.
• Experience with mobile security strategies, continuous integration/deployment workflows, code auditing, testing methodologies, and app marketplace submissions.
