Your Role and Impact

As a Lead Software Developer specializing in Java, you will balance hands-on coding duties with leadership responsibilities to produce scalable, enterprise-level software and solutions. Collaborating with architects, fellow developers, project groups, and business partners, you’ll aid in shaping solution design, creating technical documentation, planning projects, and establishing engineering best practices. You will remain deeply involved in coding, testing, and issue resolution, act as a subject expert, mentor junior developers, and lead quality and continuous improvement efforts across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in designing solutions, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to developers working on various projects.
• Develop, test, and enhance software applications for enterprise use.
• Champion continuous improvements in development and deployment processes.
• Create and review thorough technical designs and documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues involving multiple components and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 8 years of experience developing enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in Java/JEE programming, with strong coding precision and unit testing practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise systems using microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate, relational database management, SQL, and messaging platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, test-driven development, performance optimization, and maintaining code quality.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring software development teams and overcoming complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication skills with critical thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
