Lead / Senior US IT Recruiter

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Identify, source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions catering to the US market.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, cultural alignment, and relevant experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and responsibilities effectively.
• Leverage job portals, professional networks such as LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms to locate and attract qualified applicants.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of potential candidates for present and upcoming job openings.
• Oversee candidate communication and coordinate all stages of the hiring process.
• Negotiate employment offers and finalize placements congruent with company salary policies.
• Consistently update applicant tracking systems to reflect recruitment progress and candidate data.
• Keep informed about industry developments, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience specializing in US IT recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including programming languages, system administration, and networking.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for SAP and Artificial Intelligence positions.
• Proficient with ATS, job boards, and social media channels for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Competent in juggling multiple openings and managing priorities efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills suited to fast-paced settings.
• Understanding of US employment laws and eligibility criteria is advantageous.

• Work Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad, India (On-site)
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Employment Type: Full-time position
