Lead Qualifier – Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and assertive Lead Qualifier to become an integral part of our real estate division. This position mainly involves evaluating potential clients from various sources such as international roadshows, exhibitions, events, and marketing efforts, then channeling high-potential leads to our sales personnel.

Key Duties

• Assess and qualify prospective leads obtained from diverse events and campaigns.
• Engage with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Gather and comprehend client requirements regarding property preferences, financial plans, investment objectives, and anticipated timelines.
• Distinguish between casual inquiries and highly interested buyers or investors.
• Perform regular and systematic follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain detailed and precise records of lead data and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Arrange meetings and coordinate qualified prospects with the sales team.
• Assist in organizing and supporting roadshows and real estate exhibitions.
• Monitor the progress of leads and produce consistent reports on lead conversion and qualification metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, comfortable making calls and discussing with investors.
• Capable of identifying genuine interest and prioritizing leads effectively.
• Highly organized with a consistent approach to follow-up activities.
• Motivated to achieve targets within a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in real estate, telesales, lead generation, or customer service will be beneficial.
• Experience within the UAE real estate market is preferred.
