Lead Qualifier

Job Overview

The Lead Qualifier will be responsible for evaluating potential customers from various lead channels to identify quality prospects and acquire new clients across multiple sales streams for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate suspects from different lead sources to secure quality prospects and new customers for diverse sales channels.
• Identify promising multi-channel clients and escalate opportunities for business development efforts.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from multi-channel customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met satisfactorily.
• Contact potential clients via phone and respond to queries following the distribution of marketing and sales materials.
• Perform necessary updates and maintenance within customer databases using the relevant systems.
• Follow the Global Sales Process (GSP) protocols, ensuring all daily tasks align with standardized procedures and processes.
• Log all customer interactions and activities in the sales system (COMET) promptly.
• Generate periodic performance reports for management review.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Khmer language in speaking, reading, and writing is essential.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email/internet usage.
• Possess confidence, a friendly demeanor, and a strong customer orientation.
• Telephone communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and technical aptitude are considered beneficial.
