Role Overview

The Lead Project Coordinator will take charge of planning, organizing, and supervising the development of healthcare and cosmetic products, as well as business operations, from initial concept to launch. This role merges key aspects of project management with vendor handling, regulatory compliance, and an innovative approach focused on patient welfare.

Core Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project plans including timelines and milestones specifically for products like wigs, creams, and skincare solutions.
• Oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate effectively across departments such as R&D, vendors, dermatologists, oncologists, and product designers as well as external manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, and packaging vendors.
• Support adherence to cosmetic industry standards, safety regulations, and certifications while maintaining necessary documentation and quality assurance checks.
• Conduct market research focusing on oncology patient needs and preferences, and analyze competitor offerings to promote innovation centered on patient care.
• Manage vendor relationships with negotiation responsibilities relating to timelines, quality, and expenses, overseeing procurement for raw materials, wig fibers, and packaging supplies.
• Act as the liaison between MOC management and project stakeholders, preparing and presenting regular status updates to leadership.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven skills in managing and executing projects efficiently.
• Experience managing vendors and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the cosmetics/healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.

Additional Information

• Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years relevant in project management, cosmetics, healthcare products, or start-up operations.
• Location: Mulund, Mumbai, India.
• Direct interfaces include Promoters, COO, and Dermatologists.
• Salary: Commensurate with industry standards.
