- Craft and communicate the product narrative, overseeing revenue, user engagement, retention, and risk metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the CPO/VP Product on strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain a rolling quarterly plan aligned with a two-to-three-year product vision, updating as market dynamics evolve.
- Empower Senior Product Managers to make investment decisions within their product areas.
- Balance priorities across multiple product areas to maximize success.
- Continuously enhance product discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Manage, coach, and grow product management staff including Senior Product Managers and people managers.
- Set high standards for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship, while fostering personal growth.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and leveling of product managers during company expansion.
- Define best practices for product management within the organization.
- Align product strategy with retention, market expansion, win rates, and addressable markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing input, launches, and enablement across the portfolio.
- Represent UpGuard’s product vision externally with customers, prospects, and analysts.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management including at least 3 years in direct product team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage strategy across multiple product areas and produce measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading complex product initiatives and advocating for them effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a collaborative approach towards engineers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or credentials in security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
- Background in building high-functioning product management teams in growing companies.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data-driven product development.

- Work-from-home setup allowance to create an optimal work environment, provided within first three months.
- Annual learning and development budget of $1500 USD to support career growth.
- Paid time off plus two additional company-specific leave days.
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave regardless of parenting role.
- Personal leave including sick and carer’s leave.
