Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all pipeline-related activities within the project.
- Ensure strict adherence to project working methods, procedures, and specifications.
- Comprehend and communicate the overall project scope and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the preparation and application of design specifications.
- Participate actively in project meetings involving management and clients.
- Develop and manage the PPA based on the approved hours budget.
- Handle workload distribution and staffing requirements.
- Prepare and supervise project schedule and planning.
- Compile and edit progress and subcontractor reports.
- Maintain forecast and modeling lists for isometric drawings.
- Control budgeting of hours to optimize productivity.
- Monitor project progress and manage NVAT activities.
- Authorize work parts and oversee individual personnel production.
- Approve all departmental plans created during the project.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of valid MMUP/UPDA Grade A Engineer certification and registration.
- At least 12 to 15 years of pertinent engineering experience, prominently within Qatar or the GCC region.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering relevant to the field.
- Demonstrable strong engineering and project management experience.
- Preferred experience on significant projects within Qatar.
- Sound knowledge of Qatar's engineering standards, regulations, and project demands.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and technical capabilities.
