Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Physiotherapist to join our Mangere clinic on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave until April 2027. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, implementing process improvements, and maintaining a clinical caseload that addresses a broad range of client rehabilitation needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical and Service Leads to uphold high-quality service standards.
• Utilize client feedback to enhance practices and processes across the clinic and region.
• Provide tailored rehabilitation services and product solutions.
• Manage a varied caseload, formulating effective treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Candidate Profile

• New Zealand Physiotherapy registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) is mandatory.
• Preferably possesses at least five years of experience in physiotherapy.
• Holds a full New Zealand driver's license to facilitate community rehabilitation work.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
