Lead Pega System Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pega System Architect to join SG IT Consultancy & Services Pvt. Ltd. in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves architecting enterprise-grade Pega solutions with a focus on technical leadership, scalability, and robust architecture aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Pega applications and enterprise-wide systems.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega architectures tailored to business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to Pega development, integration, and implementation teams.
• Evaluate and review solution designs, conduct technical assessments, and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Promote best practices in Pega, focusing on performance optimization, reusability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Address complex technical challenges and offer architectural guidance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years experience in Pega development and system architecture roles.
• Proven expertise as a Pega System Architect or Lead Architect.
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture, application design, integration, and development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Platform, Case Management, Data and Integration frameworks, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Strong background in technical leadership and solution design.
• Possession of Pega certifications such as CSSA or LSA is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
