About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Night Manager to join our team in Grimsby, overseeing operations during the night shift at our large-format stores. - Lead by example: Coach and inspire night colleagues and team leaders to maintain exceptional shop floor standards while fostering a culture focused on excellent customer service and encouraging additional sales.
- Focus on execution: Ensure the shop floor is well-presented and prepared before handing over to the day team, with all merchandising activities completed and point of sale up to date.
- Develop talent: Encourage resilience, ownership, and enthusiasm within the team, nurturing a workplace where employees feel valued, trusted, and motivated to grow professionally.
