Lead MEP Engineer | Data Center Project

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to lead the comprehensive MEP delivery for a significant Data Center project based in Mumbai, India.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct overall MEP project activities including planning, design coordination, execution, and final delivery.
• Manage integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
• Monitor project milestones ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and technical compliance.
• Lead testing, commissioning processes, coordinate integrated systems, and oversee project handover.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Between 16 to 20 years of hands-on experience in relevant MEP project roles.
• Demonstrated experience specifically with Data Center or other mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale MEP systems and manage projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Exceptional communication, leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management proficiency.
