Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Integration Architect responsible for setting enterprise integration architecture strategies that ensure secure, scalable, and dependable business solutions. This role involves defining integration standards, overseeing architectural frameworks, and steering complex platform integrations essential to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and communicate enterprise integration strategy, standards, architectural patterns, and development roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead design and deployment of ServiceNow Integration-Hub initiatives, including custom Spoke development and reusable integration frameworks.
• Architect secure, scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event-driven messaging, and standard enterprise patterns.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow MID Server architecture for secure cloud-to-on-premises communication.
• Establish governance for APIs, integration standards, security protocols, and lifecycle management.
• Develop Data Stream Actions, ETL workflows, and data movement strategies supporting operational and analytical needs.
• Assess emerging technologies, conduct architectural reviews, and deliver technical leadership across enterprise projects.
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams, encourage architectural best practices, and promote continuous enhancement of integration capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional experience in enterprise, integration, software, or related architecture roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on expertise designing and implementing ServiceNow Integration-Hub solutions, including custom Spokes.
• Substantial experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, API design principles, security, and governance.
• Experience in designing and supporting ServiceNow MID Server environments.
• Proficiency with Data Stream Actions, ETL/ELT implementations, and enterprise data integration frameworks.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews, inform technical strategy, and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Workday, SAP, Azure services, MuleSoft, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Databricks and contemporary cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of the Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure automation techniques.
• Background working within strongly regulated sectors emphasizing security and compliance.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, hybrid integration platforms, and modernization efforts.
• Experience evaluating technology vendors, managing proofs of concept, and guiding technology roadmaps.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring architects and engineers.
• Industry certifications related to ServiceNow, Integration Architecture, Cloud, or Azure technologies are beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

McKesson offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package supporting employees' physical, mental, and financial health, fostering well-being to ensure a balanced and productive workforce. Compensation is competitive and based on factors like performance, skills, equity, market evaluations, and location.

Base salary for this role ranges from €84,100 to €140,100 annually. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses or long-term incentive plans.
