  • Produce and supervise the preparation of detailed technical reports, deliverables, and proposals of superior quality.
  • Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior and mid-level hydrogeologists.
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships; contribute to business development to grow KCB’s projects within Queensland and nationally.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Geoscience, or a closely related field; postgraduate qualifications in Hydrogeology are highly favored.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hydrogeology covering fieldwork, data analysis, conceptual modelling, assessments, design, and technical reporting.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities, including proposal writing, technical report preparation, and client presentations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and fostering collaborative, positive team environments.
  • Skilled in client engagement with the ability to cultivate sustained, trusted partnerships.
  • Willing availability for both domestic and international travel as required.

  • Parental and volunteer leave supporting your personal and community commitments.
  • Novated leasing options for flexible vehicle management.
  • A hybrid working policy to help balance professional and personal life.
  • Social and mental well-being programs to support overall health.
  • Ongoing opportunities for training and professional development.
