About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Lead HR Business Partner to join a diverse entrepreneurial group operating in Renewable Energy, Consumer Products, Financial Services & Capital Markets, Manufacturing, and other emerging fields. This senior leadership position involves collaborating closely with Promoters, Business Heads, and Functional Leaders to develop the organization and talent necessary for future growth phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to align business goals with effective people strategies, advising on organizational design and supporting initiatives such as transformation, restructuring, and growth.
- Convert growth objectives into detailed workforce plans including manpower and capability needs aligned with productivity goals and approved budgets.
- Lead critical leadership recruitment efforts by defining role requirements, assessing candidate fit, and tracking acquisition metrics like Time to Hire and Offer-to-Joining rates.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, annual appraisals, and managing Performance Improvement Plans.
- Facilitate talent and succession planning through structured reviews, establishing leadership pipelines, fostering employee engagement via skip-level meetings, and managing employee relations.
- Partner on compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary increments, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards monitoring costs, headcount versus budget, hiring timelines, and attrition while managing HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- A Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is required.
- 10 to 15 years of advancing experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Exposure to industries including Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail, Renewable Energy, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrates strong commercial understanding, practical execution skills, data-driven decision making, and the capability to engage and constructively challenge senior leaders.

- Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
