Lead Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative AI Presentation & Graphic Designer to join our software ecosystem team. This position aims to merge intricate technical software ideas with compelling visual narratives by utilizing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies alongside expert PowerPoint capabilities. The goal is to enhance productivity and reinvent how business presentations, technical diagrams, and executive keynotes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Generative AI workflows seamlessly into everyday design activities to boost productivity and rapid design creation.
• Use sophisticated prompts to craft vector icons, photorealistic images, tailored textures, UI mockups, and layout concepts.
• Lead the design lifecycle for senior-level PowerPoint presentations including client proposals, software architecture plans, product launches, and training content.
• Collaborate closely with software architects, developers, and product teams to translate complex technical data and code structures into clear and engaging infographics.
• Create and optimize AI-powered templates, automated asset pipelines, and presentation layouts to amplify design efficiency across different regional business units.
• Curate AI-generated assets meticulously ensuring ethical standards and presentation-quality resolution.
• Guarantee that all design materials align perfectly with corporate branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 9 to 15 years of overall experience within the IT sector.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in software, IT consultancy, or a corporate technology environment.
• Mastery of Generative AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E 3, and Adobe Firefly to accelerate creative workflows.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint including creating master slides, sophisticated typography, vector shape customization, layout systems, color theory, and smooth animation transitions.
• Understanding of modern technology concepts including Cloud computing, Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, UI/UX design processes, and API structures to effectively visualize technical workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma for enhancing AI-generated elements before incorporating into presentations.
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing PowerPoint designs, icon sets, technical visuals, and examples demonstrating the use of AI tools in design.
• Excellent communication capabilities with strong English language proficiency to maintain stakeholder alignment.
