About The Role
The Travel Experts UK is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join its fully remote Canada team. This position focuses on managing lead generation activities through the Renata Travel DMC Workflow, providing client communication, account support, and thorough documentation from the initial lead intake to handoff. The role aims to ensure transparency and continuity throughout workflow stages by maintaining comprehensive records and effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned lead generation tasks for Canada using the Renata Travel DMC Workflow, maintaining visible ownership and supporting accounts effectively.
- Evaluate incoming information with attention to sales and specialized execution documentation to identify and address inconsistencies before proceeding to subsequent workflow phases.
- Monitor open tasks via lead follow-up, status tracking, and relationship management to uphold quality handoffs and meet deadlines.
- Keep detailed records of decisions and transitions, enabling authorized colleagues to seamlessly continue work without backtracking past activities.
- Utilize sales documentation and follow-up processes to ensure record quality, escalating any incomplete or uncertain data entries.
Success Criteria
Success in this role entails reinforcing owner visibility and record completeness through diligent relationship management, thorough status tracking, and consistent lead follow-up that leaves a verifiable evidence trail.
Candidate Fit
- Demonstrated capability in managing workflow with Renata Travel DMC, specialized lead generation documentation, and account support remotely.
- Clear and effective written communication skills for client interaction and maintaining sales documentation.
- Ability to accurately maintain records using follow-up and relationship management techniques.
- Good judgment to decide when workflow items require escalation to maintain process integrity.
