Lead Generation / Qualification Agent

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation and Qualification Agent to join Echopeak Solutions in Mangalore. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential B2B customers for software and IT services, using various outreach channels to generate qualified leads and support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective business customers for IT and software offerings.
• Use outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate lead generation efforts.
• Target key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, and IT managers for engagement.
• Conduct outbound calls to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Evaluate prospects according to their requirements, budgets, decision-making power, and interest level.
• Arrange meetings and discussions between potential clients and the sales team.
• Maintain comprehensive records of leads, call summaries, follow-ups, and prospect information within the CRM system.
• Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and enhance conversion rates.
• Meet set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed over.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 35,000 INR.
