Lead Generation Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Executive to assist our Sales Manager with crucial sales support activities, research, and lead identification. The role demands keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple online tools and databases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sales leads by using LinkedIn, various online platforms, databases, and other resources.
• Perform manual data entry, collect and manage lead data, and maintain the database accurately.
• Assist in daily sales and administrative duties under the Sales Manager's guidance.
• Regularly update and maintain lead and prospect lists and sales records with precision.
• Help in qualifying and organizing leads according to specified criteria.
• Utilize CRM systems, spreadsheets, research tools, and online platforms to support sales activities.
• Follow instructions carefully, complete tasks within deadlines, and provide consistent updates on progress.
• Support various sales and lead generation initiatives as needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with online tools, CRM software, spreadsheets, and web applications.
• Exceptional internet research and data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp instructions and work autonomously.
• Good organizational skills and effective time management.
• Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, market research, or similar areas is advantageous.
